DETAILS ABOUT THIS POSITION:
- Hourly range: Step 1 21.65 - Step 8 $30.52 (Initial salary placement for this position is from Step 1 to Step 3 depending on the amount of reasonably related experience)
- Length of Work Year: M-F / 12 Months
- Location: Nutrition Services
- Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
-
Three years of increasingly responsible experience, preferably in warehousing, distribution, and stock control in large-quantity food preparation, distribution, and/or service environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Courses in warehousing are desirable.
- Experience in school food service is preferred.

Possession of a valid and appropriate California Driver’s License

Riverside County Food Handlers Card

Have an acceptable driving record and qualify for insurability by the District’s insurance carrier; all applicable state and federal licensing requirements.
- Forklift certification is preferred.
- USDA Professional Standards: Maintain a minimum of 10 hours of annual continuing education/training in the areas of Child Nutrition Programs and food safety.
